We prefer a clear answer from the start. If the format does not make sense for the space, budget or timing, we say so and recommend a better option.
Budget too low
If the budget cannot cover travel, costumes, preparation and proper delivery, we recommend a simpler format.

If the dance floor is very small and there is no alternative, we adapt the format or explain clearly what will not work.
