Terms and conditions
This document sets the general terms for using the website and for booking Azur Dance Studio services.
1. Definitions
Services means shows, dance classes, consulting, and related activities offered by Azur Dance Studio. Client means the person requesting or contracting the services.
2. Bookings and confirmations
A booking becomes firm after written confirmation and, where applicable, after payment of a deposit. Availability is confirmed according to the date and type of event.
3. Payments
Prices are communicated in a personalised offer. Payment is made according to the agreement between the parties, with the required fiscal documents issued.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling are handled with prior notice. Depending on the timing, preparation or booking costs already incurred may apply.
5. Image rights
The use of photo and video materials is done only with the parties' agreement. If filming or photography takes place during events, the material may be used in the studio portfolio only with the client's approval.
6. Liability
Azur Dance Studio makes every effort to deliver services to a high standard. Any special situation is communicated and resolved through direct discussion.
7. Client obligations
The client must provide accurate information about the venue, schedule, access, and technical requirements. Any schedule changes must be communicated in time to avoid delays or overlaps.
8. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations in cases of force majeure, such as unforeseen events, legal restrictions, or extreme weather conditions. In such situations, the parties will agree on a rescheduling or another reasonable solution.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect operational or legal changes. The current version is published on the site and becomes applicable from the display date.
10. Identification details
The operator's full identification details are provided in the contract or on request, together with billing details.
11. Governing law
The contractual relationship is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is first handled amicably and, failing that, by the competent courts.
12. Content transparency
The content on this site is published and reviewed by the Azur Dance Studio team and is for informational purposes. Availability and offers are confirmed only through direct contact.
The photo and video portfolio reflects real event moments, with the parties' consent where applicable. Some presentation materials, such as graphic backgrounds in PDF offers, may be created or processed with automation tools. These elements are illustrative.
